The little well around the edge is great for catching any liquids, and the rubber feet keep it from sliding. In the case of my house, I bought it not as the main cutting board, but as a cutting board for the 2nd team that I use once in a while (for cutting fruit, bread, etc. Great as a second cutting board for meats etc. But that doesn't mean it's bad.

. I think it's pretty easy to get scratched. The black edge part is cut at an angle, so it has been devised so that it is easy to grab by hand regardless of whether it is front or back.

It has grippy feet and juice groove. Most functional cutting board I've ever bought. It's thin and not heavy, so there's no need to worry about storage space. Super useful!

You obviously wouldn’t use it for a chopping block, but it’s perfect for everyday cooking and food prep needs. This board is made to maximize cutting area, it's not too big to fit in the dishwasher. One side has a routed out grove to reduce the chance of drips and the other side is flat.
