I literally sat enjoying a glass of wine and waited for the alarm to go off at 135F. What can I say, the meat we now cook with it gets absolutely perfectly cooked and delicious, medium rare steaks are perfectly done so melting in your mouth yet cooked.

This is become a key requirement in all my purchases for the last year and it is great to start seeing smaller products coming through. Note- Chicken in the photo does look burned but I assure you it is the most moist chicken I ever cooked with the help of this product.

I charged when it arrived and then it was just a very straight forward process to connect it to the meter through the app to your phone and that’s it. The result was the most tender and best tasting beef joint I have ever tasted! Cooking process is as easy as inserting the meter into the meat, it has to be inserted all the way in so only the black plastic but stay out and then place the meat in your cooking environment and leave the BOOSTER next to it and it should work and communicate with the app in your phone and will either vibrate and sound or either depending upon your setting.
