He also liked uncovering the little mice hiding under the floor! My favourite is Postman Bear! In this story Mole has lost his spectacles. I think we can all identify with how frustrating it is when you can't find something!
I think Cat's Cookbook is the most read by my 3 year old! We are always excited to see a new book in this series as both my children have loved all the previous stories from Acorn Wood.
My son particularly loved finding the snails in the cupboard munching on some lettuce! Where will they be?
As always this story is brilliantly illustrated with strong sturdy flaps for little fingers. Which is your favourite book from this series? Sometimes they turn up in the most unlikely places too! He searches all round the house, in his garden and even in Weasel's sweetshop.
