The Olympus Binocular 10x50 S are in my eyes the best model in this range with a wide field of view for tracking fast moving subjects etc and extra magnification to get that much closer. The build quality is excellent, looks outstanding, feels solid in hand, well-made, and has no chromatic aberrations. All the joints and dials feel good to move and provide just the right amount of resistance. They are assembled in the Philippines, if that is anything and not Japan the home of Olympus, but that is immaterial really as where it counts is in actual using and viewing and they do not disappoint as they are crystal clear.

If you have to choose between them then I would say it depends on how you can handle the weight, alternatively look at the 8-16x40s they are a fantastic all in one set providing you aren’t using glasses. The supplied carrying case and straps (one for the case, one for the binoculars) are all good quality too.
